Since 2014, NCServes has built a network of organizations, including government agencies, non-profits, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and employers that has have enabled us to offer a comprehensive array of services, including healthcare, mental health counseling, housing assistance, employment support, financial counseling, legal assistance, and more.
NCServes connects Veterans and their Families to a coordinated network of providers, ensuring timely, personalized support that meets their unique needs.
We envision a future where every Service Member, Veteran, and Family can easily access comprehensive services that empower them to achieve their unique goals, delivered with the same first-class commitment they have given our nation. We also envision a network of public, private, and nonprofit organizations united in accountability, transparency, and seamless coordination to serve those who served.
Our public-private partnerships are the strength of this network, allowing us to better serve our veterans. NCServes utilizes Unite Us: a scalable coordinated care network that tracks outcomes, identifies service gaps and at-risk populations, and most importantly, empowers North Carolina Veterans and their family members to take ownership of their own health.
